The team immediately secured the perpetrators without a fight," he said. FIM and JAS then sold the motorbike to BH for IDR 3.2 million. Then BH ordered RA for the stolen motorbike to AH for IDR 3.8 million. FIM and JAS suspects are subject to Article 363 of the Criminal Code concerning theft with Weighted with a penalty of seven years in prison. Meanwhile, BH, RA and AH are subject to Article 480 of the Criminal Code concerning Detention with a maximum sentence of four years in prison.
