The discovery of a 10-year-old boy began with CCTV observations at the location. Multazam explained that the child could not explain his identity and where he lived. Furthermore, the 10-year-old child several times wanted to leave the Cilandak Police. As a result, a humanist approach was made. “Implemented humane security by providing biscuits, warm milk that makes the child feel comfortable while trying to communicate and pay attention to his parents,” he said. On the occasion, Multazam appealed to the community if someone lost their child according to the characteristics in question, then immediately contact the Cilanak Police. “Ciri is the characteristic of a child who was found wearing a blue salted egg t-shirt, gray pants, a special characteristic that the child is suspected of not being able to communicate normally (special needs),” he said.
