Uncle Wanda Hamidah Has Become A Suspect In The Land Grabbing Case

JAKARTA - The uncle of the Golkar Party politician Wanda Hamidah, Hamid Husein, has been named a suspect in the alleged land grabbing case. The case was reported by Japto S Soerjosoemarno.

"Yes, a suspect has been determined," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes E. Zulpan to VOI, Wednesday, November 16.

However, the spokesman for the Polda Metro Jaya has not clearly explained the process of determining the suspect.

Meanwhile, the determination of the suspect against Hamid Husein was conveyed by Japto S Soerjosoemarno's attorney, Tohom Purba. He said, based on the notification letter on the progress of the investigation results (SP2HP) received, Wanda Hamidah's uncle was already a suspect.

"We received SP2HP from Polda Metro Jaya related to our report on the criminal act committed by his family Wanda Hamidah, namely Brother Hamid Husein, was named a suspect," he said.

In fact, from the results of communication with investigators who handled the case, Hamid Husein will be questioned as a suspect this week.

"In accordance with the investigator's information that the summons will be carried out or sent today, maybe Thursday as a suspect," said Tohom.

For information, Wanda Hamidah and her family clashed with Japto S Soerjosoemarno regarding the ownership of a house located in the Menteng area, Central Jakarta.

The problem started when Wanda Hamidah's family wanted to take care of the house certificate on Jalan Citandui Number 2.

However, in the process, the house letter was in the name of Japto S Soerjosoemarno. In fact, the house is said to have been inhabited by the big family of Wanda Hamidah for decades.
