Honorary Kupang Regency Government Messages Of Sabu Via Police Arrested Delivery Services

East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Regional Police arrested KP (35), an honorary employee at one of the offices in the Kupang Regency Government (Pemkab) who was involved in a drug case.

Kupang City Police Chief Kombes Pol Rishian Krisna B said KP was caught ordering methamphetamine-type drugs sent by lightning delivery services.

"We arrested the person concerned on Thursday (10 November) after taking his ordered goods at a delivery service in Kupang City," said Rishian in Kupang, quoted from Antara, Friday, November 11.

The KP suspect was arrested after a team from the Kupang City Police received information that there was a shipment of methamphetamine through a flash deposit where the recipient was named Ris.

The team from the Kupang City Police Narcotics Unit then moved quickly to investigate the report. And immediately arrested KP at a location close to the freight forwarding service.

"We found a package of methamphetamine in the package taken at the delivery service," he added.

The police chief said the mode of delivery of the goods was carried out by inserting the crystal methamphetamine into the folds of clothes sent by the sender.

"So the mode of methamphetamine sent was put into clothes with the aim of tricking other people," he said.

The local police are currently investigating and revealing who sent the methamphetamine. In addition, it reveals how many times HP has violated the law.

The perpetrator was charged with Article 112 paragraph 1 of Law Number 35 of 2009 with a minimum penalty of 4 years.

Regarding the evidence, said the former Head of Public Relations of the NTT Police, it consisted of one new shirt used to wrap methamphetamine, a package of methamphetamine and a package labeled one of the shipping services.

The police chief also said that his party would continue to investigate the case, to reveal whether there was a connection with the case of three BUMN employees who were caught at a shabu-shabu party in Manulai II Village, Kupang City.
