The Perpetrator Aniaya Driver Ojol In Tamansari Has Officially Become A Suspect, Police: Because Of A Bump On Jalan

A collection of ojol drivers raided a hotel in Tamansari, West Jakarta, looking for the perpetrators of the abuse of a friend of a fellow ojol.

The West Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit (Satreskrim) has named a man with the initials KDF (48) who molested ojol riders in Tamansari as a suspect.

"We have secured the perpetrators, in the current investigation process. The initials are KDF perpetrators (48), an entrepreneur's job," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the West Jakarta Metro Police, Kompol Haris Kurniawan when confirmed by VOI, Thursday, November 10.

Kompol Haris said, from the results of the interim examination of West Jakarta Metro Police Satreskrim investigators, the motive for the perpetrators of molesting the victim was because of the difference in understanding that was happening on the side of the road.

"The motive was only a difference of understanding on the road. Almost hit the road, then the argument became noisy," he said.

After an argument broke out, the perpetrator hit the victim until the victim was injured.

"The perpetrator immediately hit the victim. The victim was injured. The status of the perpetrator has been determined as a suspect," he said.

As a result of his actions, the suspect KDF was charged with Article 351 of the Criminal Code.

Previously, it was reported that the West Jakarta Metro Police had arrested an perpetrator of the abuse of an online motorcycle taxi driver (ojol) at a hotel in the Tamansari area, West Jakarta, Wednesday night, November 9. The incident occurred at around 21.40 WIB.

West Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Pasma Royce said the persecution began with a dispute between the ojol driver and one of the perpetrators until there was persecution.

"The perpetrator hid in one of the hotels. We managed to secure the perpetrators from being surrounded by ojol masses," said the police chief when confirmed, Thursday, November 10.
