For information, Nevi Afrilia and Ishbah Azka Tilawah were presented as witnesses for the defendants Richard totaling, Ricky Rizal, and Strong Ma'ruf. In this case, they were jointly charged with Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi committing premeditated murder at Brigadier J. Thus, the three are strongly suspected of violating Article 338 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 340 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.
