"Bharada E Will Meet Strongly Ma'ruf And Ricky Rizal," Said The Attorney

JAKARTA - The South Jakarta District Court (PN) will hold a follow-up trial for the murder of Brigadier J with the defendant Richard totaling alias Bharada E, Strong Maruf and Bripka Ricky Rizal on Monday, November 7.

In this trial, the three defendants are planned to be merged to undergo a trial for the murder of Brigadier J with the agenda of examining witnesses.

Bharada E's attorney, Ronny Talapessy, said that his client was ready to undergo trial under any circumstances.

"Our client is ready in any situation," said Ronny in a short message, Sunday, November 6.

Ronny revealed that his party respects the decision of the Panel of Judges to merge his client with other defendants in the trial later.

"We, Bharada E's attorney, respect the judge's decision regarding the merger of the trial," he said.

Nevertheless, he hopes that at the next trial, if his client is separated from another defendant. This is to maintain the comfort of his client in revealing the truth of the case.

"We hope that the following trial will be separated considering that our client JC (Justice Collaborator) and the statements of our client are different from other defendants, (because) This is also to maintain the comfort of our client in consistently uncovering this case," he concluded.

For information, the witnesses who will be examined are related to the defendants Richard totaling, Ricky Rizal and Strong Ma'ruf, namely:
