West Ilir 1 Palembang Police Chief Kompol Rian Suhendi, said the detainee had the initials RA (16), a resident of the Flats, West Ilir 1, Palembang.

RA was found dead hanging in his detention room, Block 12, with his neck tied in a cloth.
