The DPRD's approval of the regional capital participation allocation (PMD) of IDR 577 billion from the 2023 APBD to Jakpro as the initial capital to build two tough ITFs. Many members of the Banggar DPRD DKI have doubts that Jakpro can realize the construction of two waste processing facilities next year. One of them is the chairman of the PDIP faction, Gembong Warsono, who asked for guarantees from the President Director of PT Jakpro Widi Amanasto. "Sir (Widi), can you guarantee that if we give Rp577 billion this year, can you do this too?" asked Gembong at the Grand Cempaka Resort, West Java, Thursday, November 3. Widi replied that the construction of two ITFs whose companies were working on needed to be realized. One of them, ITF Sunter has also stalled a long time after the groundbreaking a few years ago. Therefore, it is very unfortunate if the DPRD does not approve PMD for ITF. "So if (ITF) Sunter is compared to the West ITF, Sunter has been born from the beginning but failed to continue like that, yes. It failed because indeed from his Fortum (Jakpro's initial partner canceled). "explained Widi. Meanwhile, for the West region's ITF, he also said, already has the winner of the tender. However, his party is still waiting for the payment of the implementation guarantee which must be extended by around Rp200 billion from one of the consortium companies. "Kiita asked them to immediately extend the guarantee of money, guarantee the implementation. Around Rp. 200 (billion) until now it has not been (paid). We have indeed asked for it, it has expired (the implementation period)," he explained. Then, the chairman of the DKI DPRD, Prasetyo Edi Marsudi, asked his members to approve or drop the PMD application for ITF. The chairman of the PDIP faction, Gembong Warsoni, has again responded. He suggested that this PMD be approved because the President Director of Jakpro, Widi Amanasto, has risked his position. "This is good. He has risked his position to bring up the ITF. Yes, we will catch it at a gamble. We'll just agree on that," said Gembong, continuing to tap the hammer for PMD ratification.
