JAKARTA - Residents in the Graha Cempaka Mas (Rusun) mixed flat have sent an audience application letter to the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Heru Budi Hartono, regarding the problems in his residence.

This was in the aftermath of Anies Baswedan's decision to issue Governor Decree No. 1047 of 2022. Where this decree was issued two days before his term ended, to be precise, October 14, 2022.

Hery Wijaya, a representative of the residents of the mixed flat, said that the decision of the Governor of DKI Jakarta No. 1047 of 2022 contained the revocation of Governor No. 1029 of 2000 concerning the Ratification of the Deed for the Establishment of the Association of Flats Owners.

According to Hery, the issuance of Governor Decree No. 1047/2022 is a form of legal resistance. Because the Governor's Decree contradicts the decision of the Head of State Administration which has permanent force.

"We hope that according to the inkracht legal decision. The legal decision is inkracht, because if there is a dualism, there must be one that is against the law," Hery told reporters in Central Jakarta, Wednesday, November 2.

Hery will also try to hold an audience with Heru Budi Harotono as Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta.

Hery also said that with the issuance of the Governor's Decree two days before Anies' term ended, there was chaos at his residence. Some residents are reluctant to fulfill their obligations because the management does not have legal force.

"We have sent a letter asking for an audience to the Acting Governor, we are waiting too. We will see where you want to go, whether you want it to be resolved or not," he said.
