PAPUA - The SAR team evacuated the body of a three-year-old child from the waters of Keakwa, Mimika Regency, Papua, which was previously reported missing while fishing with his father.
Head of the Timika search and rescue office George LM Randang said the body of F (3) was initially found by the community who then reported it to the SAR team who was making a search and went straight to the location.
The deceased was reported to have taken part in the sea with his father Darwis La Daima (27), since Saturday, October 29 using a 25 PK POB long boat around the Amar estuary.
The incident experienced by the victim was discovered after reports from the family, Samsudin, from Sunday, October 30 to Monday, October 31.

He explained that when the toddler's body was found, it was already floating. The SAR team will return to search tomorrow around the waters of Keakwa.
