Possibility Of Ferdy Sambo-Putri Candrawathi Meeting Family Brigadier J Bersamaan

The defendant Ferdy Sambo will meet for the first time with the family of the late Brigadier J at the South Jakarta District Court (Irfan Meidianti-VOI)

JAKARTA - The follow-up trial of the premeditated murder of Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J with the defendants Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi will be held today. Possibly, the second trial will be unified.

The possibility of the unification of the two defendants' trial was due to the 12 witnesses presented together. They are the family of Brigadier J, among others, Kamarudin Simanjuntak, Samuel Hutabarat, Rosti Simanjuntak, Marezal Rizky, Yuni Artika Hutabarat and Devianita Hutabarat.

Then, Novitasari Nadea, Simanjuntak Spirit, Parulian Shelter, Emika Simanjuntak Rosline, Indrawanto Pasaribu, and Vera Marema Simanjuntak.

Public Relations of the South Jakarta District Court, Djuyamto, who questioned the possibility of the unification of the Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawati trial, said he could not confirm it. Because, it is the authority of the panel of judges.

"It will determine the panel of judges," said Djuyamto to VOI, Tuesday, November 1.

Separately, legal advisors Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi, Arman Hanis, who confirmed the same matter, could not be sure.

The reason is that the panel of judges will decide when the trial opens. Although, the merger of his client's trial has been requested since last week.

"I don't know yet, the panel of judges. We have indeed asked because the witnesses are the same," said Arman.

For information, Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi are defendants in the premeditated murder case of Brigadier J. They were charged with violating Article 340 in conjunction with 338 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 55 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.
