TANGERANG - Thousands of people became victims of fraudulent investment fraud by Indra Kusuma alias Indra Kenz. Not a few victims lost their homes because of the fraudulent investment. One of them is Ikhsan, a 29-year-old teenager from Yogyakarta.

Ikhsan admitted that he suffered a loss of up to Rp600 million. He lost his house to land due to the investment. Because the village employee was unable to redeem the land certificate at the bank.

Initially, Ikhsan saw Indra Kenz's advertisement on YouTube in 2020. At that time, he considered that the way Indra Kenz did was to solve his economic problems in the midst of COVID-19.

He decided to invest in the Binomo application with the referral code given by Indra Kenz.

"Initially I invested 30 million. Then it ran out. At that time I considered the defeat as learning money," said Ikhsan to VOI at the Tangerang District Court, Friday, October 28.

Even though he has suffered tens of millions of losses, Ikhsan has again tried to invest in a larger amount. But the way to get the money, he pawned his private house and land.

"I pawned the land and 600 million houses. I followed the method that Indra Kenz told me," he said.

Ikhsan said that the investment was not the profit, but the destruction until his house was confiscated by the bank because he was unable to redeem the pawned land certificate.

I saw on the news, Indra Kenz was reported. There I realized, I was cheated," he said.

Based on this information, I followed the case of Kenz's senses and guarded the trial. In short, the trial is entering the reading of the verdict. He, who departed from Yogyakarta, was willing to borrow money to go to the Tangerang District Court.

"I'm fighting here to see the results of the trial. Because this case lost my family's house," he said.

"But it was nice (it was hurt), the judge said it was postponed until November 14, 2022," he continued.

Ikhsan plans to spend the night at the Tangerang District Court as a form of disappointment with the decision of the Panel of Judges to postpone Indra Kenz's verdict.

"We are here demanding justice, but we are not given it. We can just sleep here (PN Tangerang), but if we don't give it, how will it be later," he said.

"I don't know how long, what is clear is that later if we are expelled we will sleep outside (outside the Tangerang District Court fence) until there is a bright spot from them," he added.
