Nikita Mirzani Was Detained At The Serang Kejari, Who Was Furious

BANTEN Nikita Mirzani has been officially detained by the Serang District Attorney (Kejari) after investigators from the Serang City Police Criminal Investigation Unit transferred files and evidence. Nikita is suspected of defamation, and the Electronic Information and Transaction Law (ITE).

Information was obtained, Nikita Mirzani together with the Serang Police investigators arrived at the Serang Kejari office on Tuesday, October 25, at around 15.39 WIB. Nikita was under tight guard from the police to be taken into the Serang Kejari office.

Before being detained, Nikita Mirzani underwent a medical examination as a condition for transferring the suspect to the Class IIB Serang Tanahan House (Rutan).

However, before being taken to the detention center at 17.55 WIB, Nikita Mirzani went berserk in the PTSP room of the Serang Kejari. Nikita is suspected of being reluctant to be detained by the Public Prosecutor (JPU). For this incident, a number of prosecutors approached Nikita who was in the room to calm her down.

After almost half an hour, Nikita finally wanted to be taken to the Serang Detention Center. Although a prisoner's car has been prepared, Nikita was taken to the Serang Detention Center using a Toyota Avanza car with license plate number A 1020 BZ.

"The consideration of detention is the objective reason for Article 21 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Procedure Code where it is feared that the suspect will run away and lose evidence ( subjective reasons). This is the reason for his objectives to be regulated in Article 21 paragraph 4 letter A of the Criminal Procedure Code where the criminal threat to the suspect is above five years," said Serang Kajari Freddy D Simandjuntak to reporters, Tuesday, October 25.

Freddy admitted that in the process of detaining Nikita Mirzani, it was tough, because the suspect in the ITE Law was reluctant to be taken to the Serang Detention Center. However, after the approach was made, Nikita was finally able to be taken to the Serang Detention Center.

"We have anticipated, we have prepared so that it can be carried out today, carried out phase two and detained. We were also persuasively rejected. So far, the person concerned has not been detained, we have transferred to the prosecutor's office," he explained.

Freddy emphasized that Nikita will be detained until November 13, 2022 at the Class IIB Serang Detention Center, while waiting for the indictment to be made before being transferred to the Serang District Court.

"We are preparing an indictment, 20 days to be transferred to the Serang District Court," he said.
