JAKARTA - Anticipating criminal acts and preventing brawls that have occurred in the last few days, the Pancoran Police in South Jakarta conducted a surprise inspection (sidak) of sharp objects to a number of schools.

"We appeal to each class at SMA Percik and conduct interactions as well as inspections," said Pancoran Police Chief Kompol Rudiyanto quoting Antara, Monday, October 24.

Rudi added that apart from anticipating brawls, this activity also aims to direct students not to join motorcycle gangs and participate as drug dealers.

In addition, his party also reprimanded students who were found wearing tight clothes by coordinating with counseling guidance (BP) teachers to be directed to look natural.

The implementation of inspection activities at SMA and SMK Musik Cikini College began at 07.00 WIB along with the flag ceremony.

Pancoran Police Chief Kompol Rudiyanto became the leader of the ceremony which was attended by 500 students as participants in the ceremony.

On that occasion, Rudi also conveyed advice to the participants of the ceremony which was expected to be the nation's successor.

He said how important it is to choose relationships that avoid crime so that they do not fall into negative things.

In addition, according to Rudi, it is important to learn about fields that are liked for three years in schools so that they can be successful in the future.

"For associations in today's era, we are smart in choosing friendship and pursuing fields that are interested, and avoiding crimes because schools are only short for younger siblings, only three years," he explained.
