Sandiaga Uno: Baduy Is Our Wealth, Take Care For The Sake Of Grandchildren!

The 2022 Indonesian Tourism Village Award has been officially closed. Banten became the host province in the closing of ADWI 2022.

There is a tourist village in Banten that is included in the 50 best tourist villages. Namely Kanekes Saba Budaya Baduy Village (Baduy Luar).

Menparekraf Sandiaga Uno also visited the village last week. On this occasion, the villagers presented traditional music, Angklung Buhun Baduy.

During his visit, Sandiaga Uno and his entourage monitored the products of micro, small and medium enterprises, a typical MSME of Saba Budaya Baduy Village. According to him, these products are the strength and wealth of the community for the revival of the economy, especially the tourism sector.

"Baduy is our wealth. This is local wisdom. So let's protect it together with cultural sustainability. Together we preserve it and make this for our children and grandchildren," said Sandiaga Uno, Friday, October 21.

For the umpteenth time, Sandiaga Uno also emphasized that the MSME sector must continue to be encouraged in order to achieve the target of job opening.

I believe this is part of job creation. Our target is 1.1 million jobs by 2022 and by 2024 as many as 4.4 million new jobs," he concluded.
