JAKARTA - West Sumatra Police Chief Inspector General Suharyono asked all personnel in the area not to lie and try to build public trust in the institution.

"Don't lie because no matter how fast lies run, honesty will overtake," said Inspector General Suharyono when giving a command wish at the West Sumatra Police Headquarters in Padang City, Friday, October 21.

Inspector General Suharyono invited police personnel not to feel afraid because in fact the fear would seize all their abilities.

"Let's work together, work together sincerely. For the sake of serving the community and state," he said.

Then he advised that when we serve the community, place yourself under one click under the community or build public trust (trust building).

"When we partner, place ourselves at the level of our partners or partnership building. And during law enforcement, place ourselves one click above what we enforce or enforce the law," he said as quoted by Antara.

He invites you to be wherever you are and whatever is the rank and position, any function and so on always remember the Almighty, and be grateful for the existing blessings.

"Never once are you satisfied, actually satisfaction is the beginning of ignorance," the West Sumatra Police Chief ordered.
