The Jakarta Islamic Center Koja Mosque Is Still Installed By The Police Line, The Manager Will Destroy The Location Of Friday Prayers To The Meeting Hall

JAKARTA - Management of the Jakarta Islamic Assessment and Development Center (Jakarta Islamic Center/JIC) moved the Friday prayer location to the JIC (convention hall building) on Jalan Kramat Raya, North Tugu, Koja, North Jakarta, which has been used as a COVID-19 vaccination service.

"Yes (the place for the implementation of the COVID-19 vaccination) is currently in the conference hall building," said Head of the JIC Study Subdivision, Paimun Karim, quoting Antara, Thursday, October 20.

Paimun said the transfer was because the mosque area was still fitted with police lines to secure the fire area.

The location of the JIC Convention Hall building is still close to the mosque, inside the JIC complex. The three buildings were not affected by the fire at the mosque dome that occurred on Wednesday afternoon, October 19, were the business building, guesthouse building, and the JIC Convention Hall building.

Meanwhile, the Greater Mosque of the Jakarta Islamic Center (JIC) is still being combed by the National Police Headquarters Forensic Laboratory Center (Puslabfor) officers, Thursday afternoon for investigation purposes.

So that Friday prayers can be held there with a capacity of approximately 500 people.

"Currently, the location for Friday prayers is being prepared, especially the audio system (sound system) device," said Paimun.

Meanwhile, Thursday, at 14.58 WIB, the location of the JIC Convention Hall building had begun to be used by JIC pilgrims to perform the Dzuhur and Ashar prayers.
