JAKARTA - The National Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM) explained the results of the investigation into the tragedy of chaos at the Malang Argurah Stadium. One of the findings is that conditions are still conducive for 20 minutes after the Arema FC match against Persebaya ended.

They are suspected of under Article 359 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 360 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 130 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 52 of Law Number 11 of 2022.
