3 Police Suspects Are Examined Today Including The Director Of LIB, Akhmad Hadian Lukita

JAKARTA - The National Police investigation team examined four suspects in the Kanjuruhan case today. They are three police officers and the President Director of the New Indonesia League (LIB). The suspects included the Head of the Malang Police Ops Division Kompol Wahyu Setyo Pranoto, Head of Samapta Malang Police AKP Bambang Sidik Achmadi, and President Director of PT LIB Akhmad Hadian Lukita. The examination of the three suspects who are members of the National Police was indeed postponed. Their initial plan will be questioned on Tuesday, October 12. However, they asked for an examination to be postponed on the grounds that they had not been accompanied by a legal representative. Thus, investigators rescheduled today. "Yes, the plan is indeed to examine four suspects today," said Dirmanto. In the tragedy of the Malang Kanjuruhan Stadium, at least 132 people died. They include the President Director of PT LIB, Akhmad Hadian Lukita, Chairman of Panpel Arema FC Abdul Haris, and Security Officer Arema, Suko Sutrisno. In addition to the six names named by the suspect, the police also examined 31 Polri personnel. From that result, 20 people were found to be suspected of violating the code of ethics. They consist of four main officials from the Malang Police, two personnel as supervisors and controllers, three personnel as the party who ordered the shooting of tear gas, as well as 11 personnel who fired tear gas.
