In Contrast To The Suspects Of Other Tracing Tragedy Cases, The Director Of LIB Is Examined By The Police Tomorrow

JAKARTA - The National Police stated that only five suspects in the Kanjuruhan Tragedy case will be examined today, Tuesday, October 11. For one another, LIB President Director Akhmad Hadian Lukita is scheduled to undergo an examination tomorrow.

"Today (the examination, ed) are 5 suspects," said Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo when confirmed, Selesa, October 11.

However, Dedi did not specify the reason that only Akhmad Hadian Lukita would be questioned on Wednesday, October 12.

The two-star general only said that the five other suspects would be questioned at the East Java Regional Police.

"For (the examination, red) the President Director of LIB tomorrow," said Dedi.

Meanwhile, for the other five suspects, namely the Chair of the Arema FC Panpel Abdul Haris, and Arema Security Officer, Suko Sutrisno.

Then, the Head of the Malang Police Ops Division, Kompol Wahyu Setyo Pranoto, Head of Samapta Malang Police AKP Bambang Sidik Achmadi, and the East Java Police Mobile Brigade Company Commander AKP Hasdarman.

They are suspected of under Article 359 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 360 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 130 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 52 of Law Number 11 of 2022.

In the tragedy of the Malang Kanjuruhan Stadium, at least 131 people died. Then, hundreds of other people suffered ringgan to severe injuries.
