DKI BPBD Officers Evacuated 116 Flood Victims In 3 South Jakarta And East Jakarta Sub-districts

JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) personnel together with joint officers evacuated 116 flood refugees to safe places in three villages in South Jakarta and East Jakarta.

"We are coordinating with the Social Service, AGD Health Office, PMI for handling refugees," said Head of the DKI BPBD Isnawa Adji quoting Antara, Monday, October 10.

As for the details of the number of refugees to, namely in Rawajati Village, South Jakarta, 75 people or 10 families (KK) were temporarily evacuated in Mushala Daarur Rahman.

Then in East Jakarta in Cawang Village as many as 30 people or 10 families in Mushala Al Islah and in Bidara Cina Village there are 11 people or three families at the Sasana Krida Karang Taruna (SKKT) RW 11.

Joint officers from the DKI BPBD together with the SDA Service, Bina Marga Service, Gulkarmat Service carried out puddles at a number of points in Jakarta.

Floods that occurred at a number of points in Jakarta due to the overflow of the Ciliwung River after the Katulampa Siaga One Dam or Danger and the Depok Pantau Post had standby status and the Manggarai Sluice Gate was on Alert on Sunday night, October 9.

BPBD DKI noted that the flood location until 09.00 WIB was extended from the initial 53 Neighborhood Associations (RT), currently to 68 RT or 0.22 percent of the total 30,470 RT.

The distribution of floods in Jakarta is:

1. South Jakarta there are 20 RTs consisting of: East Pejaten Village- Number: 5 RT- Altitude: 40 cm-2 meter- Cause: Ciliwung River Luapan Kelurahan Pengaseng- Jumlah: 1 RT- Ketinggian: 1-1.9 meter- Cause: Luapan Kali Ciliwung Rawajati Village- Jumlah: 5 RT- Ketinggian: 1.1-1.6 meter- Cause: Luapan Kali Ciliwung Kebon Baru Village- Jumlah: 2 RT- Alignment: 90 cm- Cause: Luapan Kali Ciliwung Manggarai Village - Total: 7 RT- Heights: 40-80 cm - Cause: Ciliwung River Lupan

2. East Jakarta there are 48 RTs consisting of: Cililitan Village- Jumlah: 2 RT-altitude: 1.7-2.2 meters- Cause: Ciliwung River Lupangan Kelurahan Cawang- Jumlah: 18 RT- Ketinggian: 60 cm-2.3 meter- Cause: Luapan Kali Ciliwung Kelurahan Bidara Cina- Jumlah: 15 RT- Ketinggian: 40 cm-2.7 meter- Cause: Luapan Kali Ciliwung Kelurahan Kampung Melayu- Jumlah: 13 RT- Alting: 70 cm-2 meter- Cause: Luapan Kali Ciliwung
