South Jakarta District Court Calls There No Special Criteria Appointing The Panel Of Judges In The Case Of Brigadier J

JAKARTA - The South Jakarta District Court (PN) has received a case file for the premeditated murder case against Brigadier J. It is known that 11 cases have been transferred to the South Jakarta District Attorney (Kejari).

Public Relations of the South Jakarta District Court, Haruno Patriadi, said the 11 files consisted of five case files for premeditated murder and six cases of obstruction of justice. Specifically for Ferdy Sambo, the files of the two cases will be combined into one.

The 11 defendants are Ferdy Sambo, Putri Chandrawahti, Bripka Ricky Rizal, Bharada Richard mulai, and Strong Ma'ruf. Then, Brigadier General Hendra Kurniawan, Kombes Agus Nur Patria, Kompol Chuck Putranto, Kompol Baiquni Wibowo, AKBP Arif Rachman Arifin, and AKP Irfan Widyanto.

Today we received an overflow from the South Jakarta District Attorney's Office. What was submitted today were 5 files and 6 files were 11 files. 5 concerning articles 340 and 6 regarding the obstruction of justice," Haruno said at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday, October 10.

Haruno said that the composition of the new panel of judges would be appointed to hear the case, after all the files were registered.

"Administratively, it will be registered first, after registration it will enter the leadership room, pointing to the panel of judges who will hear the case," he said.

Haruno also said that there were no special criteria for hearing the Ferdy Sambo Cs case. Then the Panel of Judges could not be intervened by any party.

There are no criteria (especially). The judge is all professional. Judges (also-ed) cannot intervene, who wants intervention, what to do," he concluded.
