4 Students, 2 Alumni, 4 Students Drop Out Arrested While In A Brawl In The South Jakarta Election Housing Area

JAKARTA - The police have arrested 10 teenagers who are suspected of wanting to do a brawl in the Lippo Kemang Village area and behind the South Jakarta Mayor's Office.

Kebayoran Baru Metro Police Chief, Commissioner Donni Bagus Wibisono confirmed the incident. The incident occurred Saturday, October 1, at 03.00 WIB.

"Yes, that's right, they were secured in both locations," said Donni, Monday, October 3.

"There was no resistance when we carried out security at both locations, so the team secured 10 teenagers," he continued.

Donni said that of the 10 teenagers who were arrested, only 4 were students. It turned out that the rest were alumni and were expelled from school.

"Four people are still students, two alumni, and four people are Drop Out ( DO) or are expelled from their school," he said.

In addition to securing 10 teenagers, his party also confiscated evidence in the form of golf clubs and two types of sharp weapons (sajam) of the Celurit type. However, the 10 students are still being investigated by his side.

"Currently an investigation is being carried out by the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Kebayoran Baru Metro Police for further processing," he concluded.
