JAKARTA - In commemoration of Pancasila's Sanctity Day, October 1, 2022, the Chairperson of the Indonesian House of Representatives, Puan Maharani, was asked to read the pledge for the practice of Pancasila values, at the Pancasila Sakti Monument, Lubang Buaya, Jakarta. "In front of God Almighty in commemorating the Pancasila Sanctity Day, we made a determination to maintain and practice the values of Pancasila as a source of strength to gather togetherness to fight for, uphold truth and justice for the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia," said Puan loudly. After reading, Puan, who wore the red kebaya and signed the pledge. The commemoration of the Pancasila Sanctity Day was led by President Joko Widodo. In addition to the President and Chair of the DPR, the ceremony was attended by the Vice President, the Chairperson of the MPR, the Chairperson of the DPD, and the cabinet ranks.

The following is the contents of the full pledge read by Puan Maharani: IKRAR With Rahmat God Almighty, we who carried out this ceremony fully aware that since it was proclaimed the Independence of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia on August 17, 1945, in reality there have been many factions from within the country and outside the country of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. This is because of the negligence, lack of awareness of the Indonesian nation for activities that seek to overthrow Pancasila as the State Ideology. that with the spirit of togetherness based on the noble values of Pancasila ideology, the Indonesian nation can still strengthen the establishment of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia; So in front of God Almighty in commemorating Pancasila's Day, we make the determination to maintain and practice the values of Pancasila as a source of strength to gather togetherness to fight for, uphold the truth and justice for the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.
