Accompanied By His Lawyer Febri Diansyah, Putri Candrawati Bakal Penuhi Mandatory Lapor Today

JAKARTA - The suspect in the murder case against Brigadier J, Putri Candrawati, is scheduled to undergo mandatory reporting today, Friday, September 30. Ferdy Sambo's wife confirmed that she would fulfill the summons.

"As a form of cooperative attitude, the legal team will accompany Mrs. Putri Candrawati to carry out a mandatory report to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police this afternoon," said Putri Candrawati's lawyer, Febri Diansyah, in a statement, Friday, September 30.

Putri will be accompanied by her team of lawyers including Febri Diansyah during the mandatory reporting process.

The presence and fulfillment of the mandatory report is referred to as a commitment of the suspect to fulfill all legal obligations.

"Satisfacturing all legal obligations, namely the examination schedule as well as reporting obligations," he said.

Apart from that, Febri said his client hoped that the trial process would be held as soon as possible. In addition, he promised to always cooperate with him.

"Mrs. Putri has hope that the trial process can be carried out immediately and is committed to fulfilling all trial schedules and being cooperative. This is a form of compliance with the applicable law," said Febri.

Candawathi's daughter is one of five people named as suspects. While the other four people are Ferdy Sambo, Bripka Ricky Rizal, Bharada Richard target, and Strong Ma'ruf.

They are charged with Article 340 subsidiary 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) and Article 56 of the Criminal Code. They face up to 20 years in prison.
