Meanwhile, SY denied that he stole an iron. He admitted that he only kept the pan and furniture belonging to the residents.

"I didn't take it, my friend took it. Why did I get beaten like this," he said.

From observations in the field, SY was angry with residents who were annoyed because they took advantage of the situation of residents who were experiencing a fire accident. The perpetrators were taken to the RW office to be secured from the tantrums of the masses.

At least 21 houses in the area of Jalan Cikini Kramat RT 04 RW 01 were burned down. Allegedly the fire originated from a gas hose leak.

The head of Pegangsaan Village, Sendi Yusuf said that there were 21 houses burned down in the red rooster. There were 20 burning objects in RT 04 and one house in RT 15.

"Meanwhile, 21 houses have been burned. In total, 40 families (KK) and 105 people have been burned," he said.
