DEPOK - The chairman of the DPD of the Depok City Golkar Party, Farabi Arafiq, will take a stand regarding the viral video of the Deputy Chairman of the Depok DPRD from Golkar, Tajudin Tabri who is suspected of molesting a truck driver.

"I deeply regret the incident and the Golkar Party DPD has summoned the person concerned through a letter for further a party process in accordance with the Golkar Party's AD/ART," Faradi said in a written statement, Saturday, September 24.

Farabi said the Tajudin Tabri could be subject to strict sanctions according to the degree of error, from light to dismissal, depending on the results of the special team investigation and clarification from the person concerned.

"The Golkar Party, he said, is a party that upholds justice and breathes affection. So we don't justify this, I ask HTj to apologize to the community and truck drivers about this,"

The truck driver Ahmad Misbah, who was allegedly abused by the Depok DPRD leadership H Tajudin Tabri, reported the incident to the Depok Metro Police on suspicion of persecution.

The action judged by netizens was very inhumane towards truck drivers. Although the driver was wrong to hit the portal, the punishment was not like that.

Tajudin, who served as Treasurer of the DPD of the Depok City Golkar Party, explained that he did not carry out the persecution by stepping on the shoulder of the truck driver who was about to push up.

"No, I was injected, but indeed I told them to roll around on the road, with the intention of providing a deterrent effect," he also said.

According to Tajudin, his emotions were emotional when residents called him, because there was a truck involving the portal and this incident had been repeated

Tajudin apologized if, according to the public who saw the viral video, it was considered inhumane to the incident.
