The PUPR Ministry encourages Toll Road Business Entities (BUJT) to accelerate the completion of the construction of the 62 km Cisumdawu Toll Road, which is very important for the operational effectiveness of Kertajati Airport, Patimban Port, and the economic development of the Pantura area, West Java, starting from Cirebon, Indramayu, Majalengka to Kuningan.
The Cisumdawu Toll Road consists of six sections built with a Government and Business Entity Cooperation (KPBU) scheme with a construction cost of IDR 5.5 trillion.

Basuki instructed specifically for the work of the three bridges to be completed by the end of November 2022.

Overall Section 3-6 carried out by BUJT is 33.21 km long. Section 3 Sumedang-Cimalaka along 4.05 km construction has been completed 100 percent. Then the construction of Section 4 Cimalaka - Legok along 8.20 km of construction for Section 4A is 87.93 percent, and Section 4B is 58 percent.
