Not Accepting Ojol's Wife's Dianiya Because She Was Accused Of Being A Pelakor, This Student Refuses To Make Peace And Continues The Legal Process

JAKARTA - The incident of the abuse of a student with the initials AP (22) who was accused of being an actor by an online motorcycle taxi (Ojol) wife at an Indekos on Madrasah Street, Pesanggaraan, led to a police report. The victim did not accept and refused to make peace.

This student wants the perpetrator to have a deterrent effect so as not to repeat similar actions.

"If I just forgive him, there will be no deterrent effect for him," said AP via text message, Friday, September 23.

AP revealed that he had forgiven the Ojol wife. However, according to the legal process, he admitted that he would continue.

"(If) sorry..yes, I'm sorry. But the legal process is still ongoing," he explained.

The perpetrator and her husband -- said this student -- went to her boarding house to apologize.

"He (the perpetrator) intended to apologize, he said 'When I wanted to have the heart, I had a baby'," said AP when met at the Pesanggrahan Police.

Chronology

A woman with the initials AP (22) is suspected of being a victim of abuse by the wife of an online motorcycle taxi driver (ojol).

The wife caught fire and was jealous because her husband took a woman. Unable to stand to see the incident, she also hit a woman who was escorted by her husband at the boarding house.

The incident occurred in a boarding house in the Bintaro area, Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta, Saturday, September 17, in the afternoon.

It all started when he ordered an ojol to go home to his boarding house. The victim then approached the ojol driver at the pick-up location. It turned out that the ojol driver was making a video call with his wife.

"I'm an ojol from campus who wants to go to a boarding house on Madrasah Street. When I got to the driver's place, he was on a video call. The cellphone position was placed on the motorbike, I think I got into the video call," said AP.

"After that, his father said he wanted to accompany the passengers first and turn off the video call. Then I was given a helmet to get ready to walk," he continued.

Shortly after arriving at the boarding house, the victim was suddenly contacted by an unknown number claiming to be the wife of the ojol driver who drove him.

"This person who was called was in front of the boarding house gate angry and broke into asking me to come down. He said he was his wife, the ojol driver," he said.

Worried about disturbing local residents, the victim finally met the woman. When they met, the victim and the perpetrator got into an argument until the perpetrator got emotional and beat the victim.

"She was jealous and accused me of holding her husband on a motorbike. I said don't just accuse if there is no evidence, the mother is even more angry. She pulled my clothes until they finally grabbed it," he said.

Local residents then arrived and tried to break up the commotion. After that, the ojol driver and his wife were asked to leave the location.
