If There Is A Company That Does Not Pay BPJS-TK, Report It To Anies Baswedan's Office

JAKARTA - The DKI Provincial Government has asked employees or workers to report to the relevant agencies if the right to pay the contributions of the Social-Employment Security Administering Agency (BPJS-TK) is not implemented by the company.

"If there are workers who are not paid by the company to participate in BPJS-TK, don't hesitate and hesitate to report to us," said Head of the DKI Jakarta Transmigration and Energy Labor Office, Andri Yansyah when met at the job fair at the Park Mall Palem Cengkareng, West Jakarta, Tuesday 20 September.

BPJS-TK is an obligation that must fulfill the entire company to employees. Workers should not be afraid to criticize the company if their rights are snatched.

But on the one hand, Andri also understands that many employees are afraid to report this to the DKI Jakarta Transmigration and Energy Manpower Office.

Therefore, he encouraged employees to cooperate with the company's union group to dare to report the matter to the DKI Jakarta Transmigration and Energy Manpower Office.

After the report is received, his party will summon the company and its employees. The Manpower Service acts as a mediator to resolve disputes over the rights of employees and companies.

In the mediation, Andri Yansyah ensured that employees would get their proper rights and the company would also carry out their predetermined obligations.

"This mediation is in the sense that we are looking for 'win win-solution', it doesn't mean it's over. It's over, not when the company wants to pay the sanctions and rights of employees," said Andri.

Andri admitted that the reports of employees who did not get their rights had increased since the COVID-19 pandemic.

This is because many companies are financially affected. It also understands the condition of the company.

"Because there is a pandemic, we must also be 'fair' and fair, we must pay attention to the continuity of the workers and the condition of the company," he said.

"But if the right of workers like BPJS-TK must be paid, it cannot be commercialized," he said.
