The Lampung Prosecutor's Office Checks 8 People Regarding Corruption In Retribution Financing At DLH Bandarlampung

LAMPUNG - The Lampung Special Criminal Investigation Prosecutor's Team conducted an examination of eight witnesses related to the alleged corruption in the collection of waste levies at the Bandarlampung City Environment Service (DLH). "We have examined eight witnesses related to the alleged corruption case in the 2019, 2020, and 2021 fiscal years at the Bandarlampung DLH regarding collection of waste levies," said Head of the Lampung Attorney General's Office I Made Agus Putra in Bandarlampung, Antara, Monday, September 19. The examination of witnesses was carried out to provide information for the purposes of investigation into a criminal case that they heard, saw for themselves and experienced for themselves. Then to strengthen the proof and complete the case files for corruption in collecting waste levies at the Bandarlampung City Environment Service for Fiscal Year 2019, 2020, and 2021. "Where previously, in the investigation stage there are several facts that must be explored in these activities," he also said. The eight witnesses examined were the treasurer's assistant and seven retribution collectors at the Bandarlampung DLH. "The witnesses examined were HY as the Treasurer's Assistant at the Bandarlampung City DLH, HCS, SHD, YS, JK, ISN, BNS, YRS," he said. Previously, the Investigation Prosecutor's Team in the field of Special Crimes at the Lampung Prosecutor's Office officially raised the status of handling alleged corruption in collecting waste levies at the Bandarlampung City DLH for Fiscal Year 2019, 2020, and 2021 to the investigation stage.
