Ganjar Pranowo Not Invited To Brief PDIP Cadres In Semarang

SEMARANG - Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo again did not receive an official invitation from the PDI-P (PDIP) management to attend a series of preparations for winning the 2024 General Election which was attended by regional heads from party cadres created by Megawati Soekarnoputri.

The series of winning activities for the 2024 General Election which were attended by the Chairperson of the PDI-P DPP, Puan Maharani, were the Gymnastics Final of Indonesia Cinta Tanah Air (Sicita) at the Central Java PDI-P DPD Office, the handover of assistance for the Smart Indonesia Program at Muhammadiyah 2 SMP Semarang, and the event entitled "Wining a 2024 Spectaller: Hattrick!" at The Renaissance Ballroom.

The last event carried the theme "Meeting of All El Commandante, Commander of Bintang Dua & Commander of the Three Star to Receive Administratives from Mbak Puan Maharani".

Based on the information gathered and the invitation letters circulating among journalists, there are regional heads of PDI-P cadres from 20 regions in Central Java who have been invited.

However, the name Ganjar Pranowo, who is the Governor of Central Java, was not listed in the letter with the Central Java PDI-P DPD and was signed by the Chairman of the Central Java PDI-P DPD Bambang Wuryanto and Secretary Bambang Kusriyanto.

The chairman of the Central Java PDI-P DPD as well as the chairman of the PDI-P DPP Election Winning Body, Bambang Wuryanto, when confirmed, was reluctant to respond further.

Bambang said that the event only invited regional heads to the regent and mayor levels.

"Where is this electoral place? Where is the sound? The voice is at the TPS, the TPS is then collected into sub-districts, districts, so the DPC level performance that will play full is the DPC. So, this is what the DPC invites. The DPC is the regent, chairman of the board, at that level. Because that's where the vote is, okay? So, you don't have to argue anymore, understand?" said Bambang, quoted from ANTARA, Sunday, September 18.

Meanwhile, Puan Maharani did not give an interview session to reporters when the event was over and immediately left the location to continue her next journey.
