The NTB Provincial Government Asks PK To The Supreme Court About Bawaslu Land

MATARAM - The West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government submitted a Review to the Supreme Court regarding the land assets of the Election Supervisory Body's Office on Udayana Street, Mataram, which was previously won by Ida Made Singarsa based on the decision of the Mataram High Court number 176/PDT/2020/PT MTR. "We have submitted a PK to the Supreme Court for the case of land dispute between the NTB Bawaslu Office on Thursday (15/9) yesterday. We are just waiting for the process," said Head of Legal Aid for the Legal Bureau of the NTB Provincial Government Secretariat, Lalu Rudy Gunawan in Mataram, Antara, Friday, September 16. Especially for land assets in the Women's Building next to the NTB Bawaslu Office, his party has also made legal efforts by reporting Ida Made Singarsa's crime to the NTB Regional Police on suspicion of using evidence of fake documents in court (borrowing letters). "Currently it is in the process. The Legal Bureau has also sent a letter that is suspected to be fake to the Language Office and the results are already there. The main thing is to explain that the letter is in terms of grammar, not in accordance with the year," he said. According to Rudy, the letter was stated to have been issued in 1964. However, in 1964, the spelling used was Melino's spelling so that the Legal Bureau took PK's legal action to the Supreme Court. Previously, the bailiff of the Mataram District Court officially gave a warning to the NTB Bawaslu on Thursday, September 8, 2022, regarding the notification contained in summons Number 220/Pdt.G/2019/PN.Mtr. The letter stated that Bawaslu NTB was given eight days after the warning to fulfill the contents of the Mataram High Court's decision which in the PT decision numbered 176/PDT/2020/PT MTR won Ida Made Singarsa against the NTB Provincial Government on land from the NTB Bawaslu Office. Member of Commission III of the NTB Provincial DPRD Raden Nuna Abriadi highlighted the defeat of the provincial government in dealing with a number of asset cases in the judiciary. "If the provincial government's land is sued and then it loses, it's called poor provincial government asset management and does not focus on defending its assets," he said. The legislator from the Electoral Region of West Lombok and North Lombok Regencies said that from the start his party had asked that all assets be tidied up by the administration, but this was not carried out by the NTB Provincial Government. "It should be ensured that the existence of the certificate is the basis for its rights to physical control of these assets so that there are no unilateral claims from the community. We have conveyed that, including at the plenary session so far," said Nuna. His party assessed that the NTB Provincial Government was negligent and neglected regarding the input of DPRD members so that in the field there were many regional assets, in the form of rice fields that are now abandoned, the empowerment is not clear. This condition opens the gap in the release of government-owned assets to other people. "This activity has the potential to be utilized, claimed by the public. This is what we want and remind us because we have noted that there are a number of rice fields that have been rented in a number of NTB areas, for decades, some have changed hands," he said. Some of Nuna's concerns have been proven by the defeat of the NTB Provincial Government in two asset lawsuits. First, for the Bawaslu Office and the Women's Building, the Supreme Court's cassation was lost. Second, the land for the Office of the Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (KUKM) lost at the NTB High Court level. Therefore, his party deeply regrets the defeat of the NTB Provincial Government in a land dispute of 3,700 square meters which was won by Ida Made Singarsa as the plaintiff to the Supreme Court level at the end of March 2022.
