After Being Examined By MKD, 3blowers▁katanya Effendi Simbolon Apologized To The Ormas

JAKARTA - The House of Representatives' Honorary Court (MKD) has just asked for information from three whistleblowers regarding the statements of Effendi Simbolon 'TNI is like gangs and community organizations aka mass organizations' during a working meeting of Commission I of the DPR. The reporter is Youth Organization Panca Marga, GMPPK Ormas, and Antarctica NGOs. After the examination, the General Chairperson of the GMPPK DPP Bernard Denny Namang, demanded that Effendi Simbolon apologize to mass organizations.

"This he has no apology to the mass organization, which in the sense of the sentence he said is like the gang," said Denny to the media crew, Thursday, September 15. Denny admitted that Effendi Simbolon had indeed apologized. However, the apology was only addressed to the TNI before to the mass organization. "So hopefully Mr. Effendi can apologize to us as well as mass organizations," he continued.

According to Denny, an apology is Effendi Simbolon's moral attitude as a member of the council who sits on Commission I of the DPR.

However, Denny hopes that the MKD will also impose sanctions in the form of ethical violations on Effendi Simbolon's words which call the TNI like gangs and mass organizations. "In our opinion, this violation is very large. The impact is very large, so hopefully the MKD can decide fairly so that the public also declares that this is fair decision from the MKD," said Denny.
