Mahfud MD: Bjorka Has Identified BIN And Polri

JAKARTA - Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs (Menko Polhukam) Mahfud MD said the whereabouts of Bjorka were known. The anonymous hacker or hacker who was in the spotlight has been identified by the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) and the National Police.

This was conveyed by Mahfud after holding a meeting at his office, Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat with the Head of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) Budi Gunawan, the Minister of Communication and Information Johnny G Plate, and the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo.

"We continue to investigate because until now the pictures of the perpetrators have been well identified by BIN and Polri," Mahfud said in a YouTube show from the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal and Security Affairs, Wednesday, September 14.

Even though he already knows to identify, Mahfud said who is behind Bjorka, it will not be disclosed to the public. However, he confirmed that he already holds the data, including knowing the whereabouts of the hacker.

"It is not yet announced whose images and where we already have the tools to track them all," he said.

Furthermore, Mahfud ensured that the government would continue to deal with the problem of this data leak, although no one is a state secret. The public is asked not to panic, because Bjorka is called the government, not a reliable hacker.

"Bjorka doesn't actually have any skills or difficult breaking skills. It just wants to tell us, according to our good perception, we want to let you know that we have to be careful, that we can be broken into," said the former Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court (MK).

As previously reported, Bjorka, who is an anonymous hacker, is in the spotlight. He is the mastermind behind the spread of 26,730,797 data history browsing of IndiHome customers which includes information related to Identity Cards (KTP), email, mobile number, keywords, domains, platforms, and URLs.

In addition, Bjorka is also the perpetrator of the spread of 1.3 billion SIM card registration data, 105 million Indonesian voter data related to elections, to documents written by the President and the State Intelligence Agency (BIN).

Next, he also spread his identity or doxing on a number of ministers such as the Minister of Communication and Information Johnny G. Plate to the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Mahfud MD. Not only that, but the personal data belonging to the Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan was also distributed by Bjorka.
