Former Karo Paminal Brigadier General Hendra Kurniawan Will Jalani At The Ethics Session Next Week

JAKARTA - Former Karo Paminal Brigadier General Hendra Kurniawan who is also a suspect in the obstruction of justice in the premeditated murder case, Brigadier J, will soon undergo a trial of the Police Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP). The plan is that he will start trial internally next week.

"Information from Propam, God willing, next week," said Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo when confirmed, Tuesday, September 13.

However, it has not been confirmed about the exact time or the day the trial was held against Brigadier General Hendra Kurniawa. So far, Dedi has only conveyed that he is waiting for confirmation from the Wabprof team of the National Police Propam.

Meanwhile, for today's KKEP trial, it is stated that members will live it. However, it is not explained again who the member is.

"There is already a schedule that will be submitted later," said Dedi.

Brigadier General Hendra Kurniawan is one of seven suspects for obstruction of justice. He is said to have played a significant role behind the barrier to the investigation into the murder of Brigadier J.

One of them, he who ordered other members to take CCTV DVR around the location of the shooting incident or the ATM house of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo at the Police Complex, Duren Tiga.

Meanwhile, of the seven suspected obstruction of justice, three people have undergone the KKEP trial. They, Kombes Agus Nur Patria, Kompol Chuck Putranto, and Kompol Baiquni Wibowo.

They were all found guilty and sentenced to dishonorable discharge (PTDH). However, they compactly filed an appeal against the decision.
