JAKARTA - Queen Elizabeth II has been confirmed to be buried on September 19. Great Britain will undergo adjustments to face the big day.

The UK officially declared a holiday for bank operations on Queen Elizabeth's funeral day.

King Charles III gave his approval for a public holiday at a meeting of the Accession Council in which he was officially declared Head of State.

When the state mourns the death of the late Queen, sporting events and arts have also been canceled.

Schools and shops will be closed. Postal services will be suspended and most countries will be given holidays to witness the first state funeral of a king since 1952 and the first state funeral in any form since the Winston resulting in honor in 1965.

However, the Department of Education said that universities in the UK must remain open as usual during the mourning period.

Schools and advanced education arrangements must remain open. While the normal presence is expected, the principal still has the authority to allow leave for students in extraordinary circumstances," the department said in a statement quoted by The Telegraph, Monday 12 September.

Queen Elizabeth II's funeral procession is underway for the next 10 days. His coffin is now in ability after traveling from Balmoral.

On Sunday (11/9) morning in Scotland, this coffin left Balmoral and headed northeast of the country. Three stops will be made so that the public can salute for the last time.

Launching the ABC, upon arrival insifat, the Queen's coffin will be placed in the throne room of Holyroodhouse Palace for a day. This palace is the place of ancestor of Queen, King James who inherited the British throne after Queen Elizabeth I's death.
