Perpetrators Of The Women's Persecution Of Cell Phones That Went Viral On The Social Service Have Been Arrested

TANGERANG The man who molested a female mobile phone thief in Sungapan Village, Kosambi, was finally arrested by the Tangerang Metro Police. When arrested by officers, the perpetrator could not dodge his actions.

This incident was viral on social media. In a short video circulating on social networks, the perpetrator abused her knee and feet until the woman fainted.

Responding to the viral incident, the Tangerang Metro Police Chief, Kombes Pol Zain Dwi Nugroho, said that the Teluknaga Police Criminal Investigation Unit had visited the crime scene (TKP).

"And the perpetrator has been arrested by the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Teluknaga Police," said Zain Dwi Nugroho when confirmed by reporters, Thursday, September 8.

Zain further explained that the man with the initials D had also admitted his actions. The perpetrator also revealed that this act of persecution occurred on Sunday, September 4, 2022.

From the perpetrator's statement, continued Zain, the persecution began when the victim was interrogated for the alleged theft of two cell phones.

"Atas peristiwa ini, pelaku diamankan di Polsek Teluknaga untuk pemeriksaan lebih lanjut," pungkas Zain.
