JAKARTA - PT Transport Jakarta (Transjakarta) has again closed a number of location stops to raise and lower passengers due to the revitalization process. On Wednesday, September 7, 2022, it was the turn of the Transjakarta Ragunan Bus Stop which will be temporarily closed.

Head of the Transjakarta Corporate Secretary Division, Anang Rizkani Noor, said that the revitalization that caused this closure was aimed at improving services by increasing the capacity of customers who were accommodated in the bus stop.

"The preparation of the temporary bus stop is intended so that customers can still be served properly, safely and comfortably," said Anang in his statement, Tuesday, September 6.

Anang said that customers who usually use Transjakarta from the Ragunan Bus Stop were asked to use the bus stop which was built temporarily by the BUMD in the transportation sector.

"Transjakarta has prepared a temporary bus stop located near the bus stop which will be reorganized. Customers who usually do activities there can use the temporary bus stop until the revitalization process is complete," said Anang.

Transjakarta also closed 13 other stops for revitalization. The closure of this bus stop is included in the second phase of revitalization.

These include the Kuningan Barat Bus Stop, Sentral Senen Bus Stop, Gatot Subroto LIPI Bus Stop, and SMKN 75 Bus Stop which were closed on Sunday, September 4.
