The alleged perpetrator bullied the victim by hitting, sprinkling powder, and removing the victim's clothes. In the video, the bullying was carried out by the perpetrator in a house. While the victim was sleeping on a sofa, the alleged perpetrator suddenly hit the victim's head and feet with a pillow. Meanwhile, the other alleged perpetrators recorded the incident. Then, in another video, there are two suspected perpetrators who sprinkle powder on the victim's face while pressing the victim's head. In the recording, the alleged perpetrators can be heard laughing when they see the victim confused. The perpetrators then also took off the victim's clothes, until the victim cried. One of the alleged perpetrators grabbed the victim, while the other perpetrators tried to pull the victim's pants. Based on the information gathered, the alleged perpetrators were elementary and junior high school (SD) students, while the victims were junior high school students. In addition, among the alleged perpetrators and victims, they are friends playing online games and not school friends. Budi added that the investigation into the alleged bullying case was carried out by the Malang City Police Child and Women Protection Unit (PPA). "It must be the PPA unit that handles it, especially since the alleged perpetrator is also a child," he said.
