Anies Rayu Investors Particip 15 Projects Anilai Rp280 Trillion Di Jakarta

JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan invites investors to be involved in 15 development and procurement projects that are being worked on by a number of BUMDs in Jakarta. The investment value of the 15 projects is worth Rp. 280 trillion.

This was revealed at the Jakarta Investment Forum (JIF) 2022 at the Fairmont Hotel, Central Jakarta.

"Today we are holding the Jakarta Investment Forum where the DKI Provincial Government invites various actors in the business sector to see the potential for investment in this city," said Anies, Thursday, September 1.

Anies said the project offered to investors had been included in the regional development plan. The existence of investment from the private sector will build business activities so as to provide more jobs.

On this occasion, Anies also explained the direction of Jakarta's development, where it is hoped that investors will find out, weigh, and can make strategic decisions to invest their resources.

"So on this occasion, we show about the direction of Jakarta's development, what has been done and then how to continue in the future and things related to the ease of business activities in Jakarta. For example, licensing reform, spatial planning which are all the ingredients we hope that the business world is involved in economic development in this city," he explained.

Continuing, the Head of the DKI Jakarta Investment and One Stop Integrated Service (DPMPTSP) Benni Aguscandra said that there are at least 15 potential points of sustainable green investment offered from 7 BUMDs with an estimated investment value of Rp280 trillion.

"The 15 projects include various sectors, including infrastructure, transportation, transit-oriented development (TOD), renewable energy, health, tourism and waste management," said Benny.

The 15 investment projects offered are:1. Intermediate Treatment Facility (ITF) Sunter;2. MRT Jakarta Phase 2A (Jakarta International Stadium - Rajawali);3. LRT Jakarta Phase 3A (Jakarta International Stadium - Rajawali);4. MRT Phase 3 (East-West);5. MRT Phase 4 (Fatmawati-TMII);6. South Jakarta Mix-Used Development;7. TransJakarta Electric Bus;8. Battery Charging Station Station (Charging Station);9. Thousand Island - Eco Resort and Eco Theme Park;10. Medical Tourism for the Elderly (Health Tourism for Seniors);11. Landmark Jakarta;12. Primary Center Tanah Abang;13. PLTS Attop;14. Installation of Hazardous and Toxous Limbah (B3); and 15. Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung (JIEP) Masterplan Inc. Plot 4 Project.
