The indictment states that Sukarman Loke conveyed to Andi Merya who asked her husband, Mujeri, to transfer the total Rp2 billion in stages, namely on June 11 and 16, 2021 to Bank Mandiri LM's account. Rusdianto Emba to be handed over to Ardian through La Ode Syukur and SSkarman Loke.
Ardian then gave priority to apply for PEN aids for East Kolaka districts so that they could get a PEN loan of Rp. 151 billion. However, PEN funds did not have time to be disbursed because Andi Merya was first secured in the Hand Catch Operation (OTT) by the KPK on September 21, 2021, regarding the receipt of bribes for natural disaster funds managed by the East Kolaka BPBD.
La Ode Syukur himself received Rp175 million from his service in connecting Andi Merya with Ardian.
"I got a total of IDR 175 million, IDR 25 million from Sukarman and IDR 150 million from Anto Emba," said La Ode.

"I used the money for the cost back and forth of Jakarta-Southeast Sulawesi, then I bought a Yamaha motorcycle, the remaining Rp42 million in the KPK has been confiscated," explained La Ode.
