Ask Media To Avoid Speculative Information, Lawyer Bharada E Affirms Never Expressing The Motive Stimulation Of Brigadier J's Murder

JAKARTA - Richard ruang hukum team alias Bharada E meminta media menghindasi disinformation terkait kasus pembunuhan Joshua Hutabarat atau Brigadier J dengan mengutip sumber resmi."Kami sangat menyayang masih banyak media massa yang mengutip keterangan-keterangan orang yang sama sekali tidak mewakipkan siapap ini," kata Koordinator Tim kuasa Bharada E, Ronny Talapessy dalam keterangan tertulis yang diterima di Jakarta, dikutip dari Antara, Rabu 31 Agustus.Ronny menertikan, mengutip sumber resmi jadi penting agar tidak terjadi disinformation terkait proses hukum yang sedang berjalan dalam perkara pembunuhan Brigadier J.Ia mengatakan tim kuasa hukum Bharada E tidak pernah memberikan keterangan resmisungan terkait dugaan motif pembunuingan Brigadir J. Karena karena itu, kata dia, tim kuasa hukum dan Braharada E tidak bertanggung jawab atas informasi atas ke berbagai media mass khususnya terkait dugai motif pembunuhan Brigadier J. Untuk itu Ronny mengimbau seluruh media masse baik online, elektronik maupun print untuk mengutip saruan resmi yang mewakil-pi pihak yang terkait langsung dengan persoalan pembunan Brigadir J.

"Unfortunately, this information was used as the only explanation without trying to verify it to the parties involved, especially our client Bharada E, so that the information circulating made the public confused and detrimental to our clients," said Ronny. Therefore, said Ronny, all parties should respect the ongoing legal process and stop conveying speculative information that could harm Bharada E.

Ronny also supports and respects the mass media who seriously want to reveal the truth in this case. And hopes that the mass media or journalists will carry out their journalistic duties strictly in accordance with the applicable Press Law and code of ethics. "Our hope is that this case must be clear so that the public will get the real truth of this case," said Ronny.

Bharada E along with four other suspects in the murder of Brigadier J, namely Inspector General Pol. Ferdy Sambo, Putri Candrawati, Bripka Ricky Rizal and Strong Ma'ruf are known to have just participated in the reconstruction process at the Saguling TKP and Duren Tiga TKP, Tuesday 30 August. The reconstruction process lasted for approximately 7.5 hours consisting of three segments, namely the Magelang TKP section, the Saguling TKP and the Duren Tiga TKP. In total there were 78 scenes demonstrated by the suspects with details of scenes per segment, 16 scenes at the Magelang TKP being carried out in Jakarta, 35 scenes at the Saguling TKP and 27 scenes at the Duren Tiga TKP. Reconstruction revealed the plan to kill Brigadier J, although in each process each suspect had their own version, then the investigators gave each suspect the opportunity to demonstrate with a replacement role.
