PALANGKA RAYA - The Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation of the Central Kalimantan Police arrested three suspected perpetrators of hoarding subsidized bio diesel fuel in their jurisdiction.

Kaswandi Irwan added that from the disclosure of the case, his party managed to secure three suspects related to alleged criminal acts of oil and gas.
"Three suspected perpetrators of hoarding subsidized fuel with the initials MD (34) acted as subsidized fuel hoarders, MY (35) as the operator of gas stations and HR (40) as the gas station supervisor," said Kaswandi.
From the disclosure of the case, at least the police managed to secure evidence in the form of 21 jerry cans containing 32 liters of subsidized fuel of bio diesel with a total of 756 liters.

The three suspected perpetrators of hoarding subsidized fuel were also charged with Article 55 of Law Number 22 of 2001 concerning oil and gas and Law Number 11 of 2022 concerning energy and mineral resources.
