Ganjar Starts Use Of Electric Cars In The Central Java Provincial Government, Starting From Energy And Mineral Resources

KARANGANYAR - Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo started the use of electric cars within the provincial government. This was marked by the launching of an electric car belonging to the Central Java Energy and Mineral Resources Office in Krendowahono Village, Gondangrejo District, Karanganyar Regency.

"Today we also want to encourage the use of electric cars. So this is the spirit of how our energy transformation really starts, even though it is still timik-timic, it is still slowly. But now we have to start immediately," said Ganjar, who also handed over the assistance for the Biogenic sallow Gas installation in the local village.

The use of electric cars is an effort to encourage energy transformation, as well as a form of seriousness of the Central Java Provincial Government in supporting central government policies.

"So that later the start flag will be raised, technology resources already exist, just apply it. Actually, our spirit is," he said, Saturday, August 27.

In the future, added the governor, the use of electric cars will also be carried out in every service within the Central Java Provincial Government.

This year the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources will start first. Later there will be a plan from the agencies to use an electric car. Later we will just have to find a partner, who is the factory. If the government does it, I think the transformation will be even faster," he explained.

He explained that the central government had prepared an electric car ecosystem in Indonesia. After all, Mr. President has prepared an electric car ecosystem in Indonesia. The point is actually in the battery. So we have nickel, we have prepared the factory. If this ecosystem has happened, then Indonesia goes to its green transportation system running, said Ganjar.
