1. Parigi Police Chief Rape Suspect's Child

A woman with the initials S, the daughter of a suspect in a livestock theft case in Parigi Maoutong, Central Sulawesi, became a victim of rape by a police officer, Iptu IDGN. The perpetrator of the rape at that time served as Kapolsek Parigi.

This case occurred in October 2021. The victim was persuaded repeatedly for 3 weeks by IDGN to want to have sex with him with the lure that his father would be released from detention.

After the case emerged, IDGN underwent an ethics trial and was removed from his position on October 19, 2021.

2. Former Adjutant of Wakapolres Dompu Becomes Suspect of Drug Trafficking

The former aide to the Wakapolres Dompu, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), Police Brigadier One (Briptu) with the initials MAR (27) was arrested by the police for being involved in a case of drug trafficking of methamphetamine.

Brigadier MAR, who is a member of the Security Intelligence Unit (Satintelkam) of the Dompu Police, was arrested with 91 grams of crystal methamphetamine as evidence.

The perpetrator was named a suspect in a drug trafficking case on Friday, August 19, 2022. Brigadier MAR was charged with Article 112 paragraph 2 and/or Article 114 paragraph 2 and/or Article 127 paragraph 1 letter a of RI Law no. 35/2009 on Narcotics.

3. Sukodono Police Chief Sabu Party at the Police Office

Five members of the Sukodono Police, Sidoarjo, East Java were arrested by the East Java Police Propam team for allegedly abusing drugs. One of the five people was the Chief of the Sukodono Police, AKP I Ketut Agus Wardhana.

The Propam Division of the East Java Police visited the Sukodono Police Headquarters on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 in the morning because there was information on drug abuse. After a urine test, Ketut was found to be positive for methamphetamine. He was brought to the East Java Regional Police to be held accountable for his actions.

Ketut and his four subordinates now have to undergo examination and detention while waiting for the witness to be dismissed or dishonorably discharged (PTDH).

4. 35 Police Members Suspected of Obstruction of Justie in the Murder Case of Brigadier J

A total of 35 members of the National Police are suspected of carrying out obstruction of justice in an effort to investigate the murder case of Brigadier J who ensnared the former Head of the National Police Propram Division, Ferdy Sambo.

"35 people are suspected of violating the professional code of ethics," said the National Police Chief in a working meeting with Commission III of the DPR RI, Wednesday, August 24, 2022, quoted by VOI.

"With the details based on this rank, apart from the criminal code of conduct, Inspector General Pol 1 personnel, Brigadier General Pol 3, Kombes Pol 6, AKBP 7, Kompol 4, AKP 5, Iptu 2, Ipda 1, Bripka 1, Brigadier Police 1, Brigadier 2 and Bharada 2," continued Sigit.

Then, said Sigit, there are 18 people who have been placed in a special place (patsus). The rest are still in the process of being explored.

"Two have now been named as suspects in connection with the police report from the Criminal Investigation Unit. So that only 16 people are in the Special Investigations Unit, while the rest are detained in connection with the cases reported at the Criminal Investigation Unit," said Sigit.
