Inspector General Ferdy Sambo's Ethics Session, 5 Witnesses Presented From Kombes To Police Generals

JAKARTA - The National Police will immediately begin a session of the Police Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP) to decide the future of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo at the Bhayangkara Corps. During the trial, five witnesses will be presented.

Inspector General Ferdy Sambo has been present in the KKEP courtroom at the Transnational Crime Center (TNCC) Building, Police Headquarters, South Jakarta since 07.30 WIB, Thursday 25 August.

"The witnesses who will be presented later include Brigadier General H, Brigadier General B, Kombes B, Kombes A and another Kombes S," said Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo to reporters, Thursday, August 25.

The presence of these witnesses aims to explore the role of Ferdy Sambo in the murder case of Brigadier J.

Thus, legal construction will be formed and can be considered in making decisions or verdicts.

"Yes, to explore the role of Inspector General FS related to the criminal events in Duren Tiga," he said.

On the other hand, Dedi emphasized that the ethics committee will decide the sanctions today. This means that Sambo's future as a member of the National Police will be determined today.

"Yes, it will be determined today. Karenq, according to the order of the National Police Chief, everything runs in parallel and must be fast," said Dedi.

For information, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo is a suspect in the premeditated murder case against Brigadier Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J.

Then there are four other suspects, namely, Bharada Richard Eliezer, Bripka Ricky Rizal, Strong Maruf, and Putri Candrawati, wife of Ferdy Sambo as suspects.

They were charged with Article 340 subsidiary Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) and Article 56 of the Criminal Code.
