Yusuf Mansyur's House Is Again Excavated By Investors, The Legal Authority Asks For Respect For The Conference

TANGERANG - Dozens of mobs stormed the residence of Jamaan Nurchotib Mansur alias Ustaz Yusuf Mansur (UYM). They came to ask questions about the clarity of the investment program which was attended by 250 administrators and congregants of the Darussalam Mosque, Kota Wisata.

Mubahalah Coordinator Zaini Mustofa said the incident took place on Jalan Ketapang Poncol, Ketapang, Cipondoh, Tangerang City, Wednesday, August 24, in the morning.

"Because there is no clarity, we are reluctant to make a unilateral change," Zaini told reporters in front of Yusuf Mansur's house, Wednesday, August 24, in the morning.

Meanwhile, Yusuf Mansur's attorney, Ari Sunarya, explained that he could not provide more clarity at this time. According to him, it is better to convey it during the trial at the South Jakarta District Court.

"I will not comment before carrying out the trial process at the South Jakarta District Court. The first mediation still respects the existing trial process. We have responded to it," he said.

Regarding the absence of Ustaz Yusuf Mansur, Ari emphasized that his client was unable to attend. But for details, he refused to mention.

For information, the investment victims reached Rp 50 billion. They are investors from various circles ranging from household assistants (ART), mosque marbots, and conglomerates.

These victims have been involved in investment for almost 12 years. However, there are problems with refunds that are stuck.

Hundreds of worshipers and mosque administrators issued investment funds with different nominal values. There was even one victim named Samsu who invested Rp 5.6 billion.

They want to invest in Yusuf Mansur's program because they are promised profits. The amount of profit offered to each investor varies, depending on the size of the investment.
