Inspector General Ferdy Sambo To Sis Seto: Thank You

JAKARTA - Chairman of the Indonesian Child Protection Agency (LPAI) Seto Mulyadi (Kak Seto) said Inspector General Ferdy Sambo thanked those who had paid attention to his children.

This was said by Ferdy Sambo when he received Kak Seto's arrival at the Mobile Brigade Command Headquarters on Tuesday, August 23 yesterday.

"Yes, it is allowed. As a father, I feel that someone is paying attention to his child. Not only for permission, but he is grateful," said Kak Seto when contacted, Jakarta, Wednesday, August 24, quoted from Antara.

Kak Seto explained that his arrival to meet Ferdy Sambo at the Mobile Brigade Headquarters initially asked for permission to meet Ferdy Sambo's children and Putri Candrawathi to provide psychological assistance.

Then, Kak Seto received permission and thanks from one of the suspects in the murder of Brigadier J for being willing to take care of his children.

However, Kak Seto added that his party must continue to coordinate by prioritizing the Police and Ferdy Sambo's family attorney to be able to meet Ferdy Sambo's children.

In addition, Kak Seto also mentioned that Ferdy Sambo's son is planning to join the Police following in his father's footsteps.

Kak Seto plans to coordinate with the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) and the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (PPPA) so that they can handle Ferdy Sambo's children one door at a time.

"We are coordinating with KPAI as a protection agency and the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection so that they do not collide with each other so that everything is one door," he said.

Previously, Kak Seto visited the Mobile Brigade Headquarters after meeting the Director of General Crimes (Dirtipidum) of the National Police Criminal Investigation Department Brigadier General Pol. Andi Rian Djajadi at Bareskrim, Polri Headquarters to seek approval for the protection of Ferdy Sambo's children.
